A real Italian treat and alternative to pasta. These are potato dumplings made with Southern Alberta POTATOES and no potato flakes or potato flour. These gnocchi are just like the Italian Nonna used to make – Southern Alberta Potatoes, Eggs, Canadian Prairie Flour and Parmiggiano.

Roasted Butternut Gnocchi

A seasonal favourite at Let’s Pasta.  These gnocchi are made with roasted butternut squash and potatoes.  Again no flakes or potato flour are used. A very hearty alternative to traditional gnocchi. Serve with butter, sage and parmiggiano.

Lasagna Sheets

A chef’s delight. Cut to fill a hotel pan. Twenty-six sheets of Canadian Prairie Durum Semolina pasta are packed in a 5 Kg box. Our lasagna sheets are individually layered with parchment paper to avoid sticking. Optimum results are achieved when sheets are utilized from a thawed state. We recommend blanching sheets for 20 seconds and then making the lasagna.  May be used without blanching. These sheets could also be used for cannelloni making. Try cutting into shapes and deep-frying for a great appetizer.
