Let's Pasta was founded 1994 in Lethbridge, Alberta, in the center of durum wheat country and in close proximity to the Canada-United States border. Our pasta machines are innovative technology imported from Italy.
Our product development and testing was done in a local restaurant and with different focus groups. The emphasis of our product development was on families and quality-conscious patrons.
Today, Let's Pasta produces the finest quality ravioli & tortellini for our customers.
